Thank you for selecting ELER CORP. Car entertainment and GPS navigation. To make sure every product is to good to customers, we have various function tests and burn-in test before on sales. Every test procedure comply with TUV、CE、CCC international standards etc and relevant certificate.
Every ELER CORP.'S customer can share the service that you can replace your unit for free within 3 month since the day you bought the unit.

Free replacement requirement:

1. Suitable for the products having function problems under normal operation within 3 months since the day you buy it;
2. Damaged not by human, not repaired or un-assembled personally;
3. No damage for the appearance, no damage for the guaranteed label;
4. Have a valid purchasing certificate (invoice and receipt) and guaranteed card.

Free replacement notes

1. Notes: change-product must send back to the place where you buy it, such as: ELER CORP. customers service centre or the repair centre authorized by ELER CORP. Corporation.
2. replaced-product must be tested by technician to make sure whether it is suitable for replacement, and make explaination to customers.
3. Products replacement service is just only for replacing the same type head unit, exclude other accessories (packing cables ,manual etc.)
4. We will draw in some fee if the products with some damage or smear on the head unit;
5. If there is no storage in local, can't replace new product in time, serving staff will make sure the replacement time with customer. If the customer don't consult with replacement time and take the head unit away, we consider that customers give up the replacement service.
6. after product replacement, it also shares the free change service since the replacement day.
7. Without extra specification, special-price product and old type upgrading product don't share the free changing service.

Conditions as follow exclude free replacement service

1. Damage by human with wrong operation;
2. Use in not allowed environment or condition such as: power, environment temperature, humidity, lighting strike to damage the equipment;
3. Damaged by inevitable factor such as ; natural disaster, accident etc;
4. Damaged by repair or installation personally without permission by ELER CORP. Corporation;
5. Product-purchasing over 3 months since the buying day.

ELER CORP. supplies repaired service for life.
All terms above do not trouble you to enjoy the consumer right.
